The Capitol - Hunger Games WIP

My own version of The Capitol from the Hunger Games. I based it on the precious few scenes The Capitol was featured in in the movie and my own imagination. It's also my first time to actually draw clouds taking some form of shape instead of being those fluffy, formless things I usually draw. Please leave comments and tell me what you think.

I'm also considering coloring this, but if I mess up, it's hasta la vista, drawing.
